1. INTRODUCTION

This site is published by STENSED.

These conditions govern all sales made on the site as well as the use of the services offered.

By accessing the site and/or making a purchase, you fully accept these conditions.

STENSED reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

 

2. SITE ACCESS

Access to the site is free for any adult user or user with the authorization of a legal representative.

Any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use may result in immediate suspension of access.

 

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered are described with the greatest possible precision.

However:

  • visuals may differ slightly depending on the screens
  • certain variations (shade, cut) may exist

STENSED cannot be held responsible for these minor differences.

Products are offered subject to availability.


4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).

STENSED reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied is that displayed at the time of order confirmation.


5. ORDER

Any confirmed order implies an obligation to pay.

STENSED reserves the right to:

  • refuse an order
  • cancel an order
  • limit certain quantities

Particularly in the event of:

  • suspected fraud
  • abnormal orders
  • prior dispute with the customer


6. PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Transactions are secured via partner payment providers.

In case of payment refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.


7. DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicative.

STENSED cannot be held responsible in case of delay related to:

  • the carrier
  • an external event (strike, customs, etc.)

Carrier responsibility:
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the latter becomes responsible for its delivery.

In case of lost or damaged package:

  • an investigation will be opened with the carrier
  • a solution will be offered after official feedback from the carrier

No reshipment or refund can be made before the completion of this procedure.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return conditions are detailed in our Return Policy.

Key points:

  • 30-day period
  • unworn / unwashed products
  • returns sent separately

STENSED reserves the right to refuse any return not complying with these conditions.

9. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only possible for:

  • a size change
  • a color change

Subject to stock availability.

10. PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT EVENTS

Items purchased at a STENSED event, booth, or pop-up are not eligible for return.

11. LIABILITY

STENSED cannot be held responsible for:

  • indirect damages related to the use of the site
  • improper use of the products
  • non-compliant use

The user remains solely responsible for the use they make of the products.

 

12. USER CONTENT

Any transmitted content (reviews, messages, suggestions) may be freely used by STENSED for commercial or marketing purposes.

The user guarantees to hold the rights to the content sent.

 

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the STENSED site (visuals, texts, logo, designs) are protected.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

14. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

15. SECURITY & PROHIBITED USES

It is prohibited to:

  • use the site for fraudulent purposes
  • disrupt its operation
  • attempt to access others' data

Any violation may result in prosecution.

 

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is".

STENSED does not guarantee:

  • continuous access
  • the absence of errors
  • the permanent availability of the site

 

17. TERMINATION

STENSED may suspend or terminate an account in case of non-compliance with these terms.

 

18. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
