RETURNS & REFUNDS

Which items can be returned?

At STENSED, you have 30 days after receipt to make a return.

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, certain conditions apply:

  • Underwear is not eligible for return
  • Socks must be unopened and still attached to their original packaging

To be accepted, each item must be:

  • new, unworn
  • unwashed
  • in its original condition
  • with its tags intact

Each return is checked upon receipt. Any product showing signs of use or deterioration may be refused.

 

Organizing returns

Each return request must be sent separately.

Even if several items come from the same order, they should not be grouped into a single package if they have been registered separately.

This allows us to guarantee fast and error-free processing.

We advise you to keep your proof of shipment until your return is fully validated.

 

Refund processing times

Once your package is received and validated:

  • The refund is made via the original payment method
  • If a gift card was used, it will be credited first
  • Processing is quick, but the time it takes to appear in your account can be up to 5 business days

Multiple returns

We cannot process grouped returns.

Sending multiple returns in a single package can lead to:

  • delays
  • refund errors

If this has happened, contact our customer service with your proof of shipment.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt.

They only concern:

  • a size change
  • a color change

We do not offer exchanges for a different product.

Event/pop-up purchases

Products purchased at a STENSED stand or event are not eligible for return.

If needed, our team remains available to assist you.
