1. DELIVERY METHODS

STENSED offers several delivery methods via Colissimo:

  • Collection point (France): €4.50
  • Standard home delivery (France): €8.50
  • Express delivery (France): €12

Delivery is free in metropolitan France above a certain purchase amount.

2. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 48 business hours.

Estimated delivery times

  • Collection point (France): 3 to 5 business days
  • Home delivery (France): 2 to 4 business days
  • Express (France): 2 to 3 business days

4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for its delivery.

STENSED cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or incidents related to the carrier.

 

5. PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

In the event of a package indicated as delivered by the carrier but not received, a mandatory procedure is implemented:

  • opening an investigation with the carrier
  • submission of a signed sworn statement
  • filing a police report

No reshipment or refund can be made without full validation of this procedure.

 

6. PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED OR REFUSED

In the event of a package not collected from a collection point or refused upon delivery:

  • the package will automatically be returned to STENSED
  • return shipping costs and any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer
  • these costs will be deducted from the refund or charged in case of new shipment

 

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided.

In case of an incorrect address:

  • the package may be reshipped
  • reshipment costs will be borne by the customer

 

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are indicative.

STENSED cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

 

9. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
